1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SyncDev's services, including our website, MVP development services, and SaaS products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Service Description

SyncDev provides:

• MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development services
• SaaS product development and maintenance
• Technical consulting services
• Software development and integration services

3. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be agreed upon in writing before project commencement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Subscription services are billed according to the selected plan
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

4. Intellectual Property

• Client retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property
• Custom development work is transferred to client upon full payment
• SyncDev retains ownership of pre-built components and frameworks
• Any SaaS products remain the intellectual property of SyncDev

5. Service Level Agreement

• We strive for 99.9% uptime for SaaS services
• Support response times vary by service tier
• Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance
• Critical issues will be addressed within 24 hours

6. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate project requirements
• Timely review and feedback on deliverables
• Maintaining security of account credentials
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Proper use of services as intended

7. Limitation of Liability

SyncDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• Immediate termination for breach of terms
• All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination
• Data retention and transfer policies apply post-termination

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
