This refund policy applies to all software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications provided by Syncdev Agency ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to any of our services, you agree to this refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions to our SaaS applications. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • The service has not been extensively used (defined as using more than 20% of any service limits)
  • The account must not have violated our Terms of Service

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
  • Add-on services or additional features purchased separately
  • Custom development or implementation services
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account details and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Pro-rated Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day refund period, we may, at our discretion, offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the service. This is decided on a case-by-case basis.

6. Changes to This Policy

Syncdev Agency reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website at syncdev.com.
